CAPS U13 kids continue to impress everyone with their amazing performance. This weekend our U13 teams had three matches (one on Saturday and two on Sunday) and their delivered amazing performances.

CAPS Warriors Matches

Our weekend started by a weak performance by CAPS Warriors as they lost their Saturday match against Tuskers. Warriors bowled wayward and their batting was not up to the mark, which led to their 11 runs loss against Tuskers. This loss motivated CAPS Warriors to come back strong against Northwest Wolves on Sunday.

After a good start, a 62 run second wicket partnership between Kush Mittal and Sanat Misra setup the winning stage for CAPS Warriors. Kush Mittal went on to score his maiden 50 runs, and CAPS warriors scored 137 runs in 25 overs. Here is the video of the Kush achieving his milestone.

After such good batting performance, CAPS Warriors bowled exceptionally. They gave only 39 runs in the first 13 overs, which was way below the required rate. This created extra pressure on Northwest Wolves and they were unable to recover. The worm chart tells the entire story of the excellent bowling performance by CAPS Warriors.

Though all CAPS Warriors bowled well, special mention needs to given to Aarya Sane for his economical bowling that took the wickets of first two batsman. Kudos to CAPS Warriors kids for an excellent performance. Man of the match was awarded to Kush Mittal.

The team scored 186 runs in 24 overs before the time was up.

To-date Surya has scored three century, here is the video of his latest century.

Following such good batting performance, the bowling attack by CAPS Strikers was equally stellar. Awesome bowling by Yatin Mokana, Karan Anand and Rahul Bonthu sealed the game. TotallyIn2Cricket NextGen were only able to score 87 runs in their 25 overs and CAPS Strikers won by 99 runs (a totally unimaginable victory margin in 25 overs game).
